Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints and problems, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries over the phone and via email, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns

  • Work with customers to resolve complaints and problems, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date technical logs to ensure that our products and services are accurately represented
  • Learn new areas of technology that our products are offered in, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
  • Handle overflow of internet orders as needed, ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and accurately
  • Process mail orders as needed, providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Take incoming orders over the phone as needed, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Process returns, ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their experience
  • Cover the reception area as needed, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our customers and visitors
  • Perform related and/or special work as assigned, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard

Position Requirements

* People-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers
  • Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Organized, self-motivated, and good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Position located in Wheaton, IL, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary

* $18-$21/hour, with a competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships

  • Compensation reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the arenaflex Board of Directors
