Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our online community by enforcing our community guidelines, rules, and policies. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderate online chat:

Delete messages made by users that violate our community guidelines, rules, and policies.

Enforce community guidelines:

Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our community guidelines, rules, and policies.

Mute users:

Temporarily mute users who have violated our community guidelines, rules, and policies.

Investigate reports:

Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines, rules, and policies.

Collaborate with team members:

Work closely with other team members to resolve issues, provide feedback, and improve our community management processes.

Stay up-to-date with community guidelines:

Regularly review and update our community guidelines, rules, and policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Discretion:

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
