We're seeking an experienced Freelance Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis through early 2025. This role will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately. As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that drive real results.

What You'll Be Working On

As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development of our communications plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans
  • Reviewing creative to ensure alignment with briefs and platform best practices
  • Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the funnel
  • Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, such as social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more

How You'll Excel In Your Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a strong understanding of channels beyond social media
  • Familiarity with the basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, and more
  • Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
  • The ability to contribute independently to the below requirements without requiring a lot of oversight or training
  • A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in developing and executing customer experience strategies that drive real results

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with brand building and measurement principles, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with brands in the advertising and marketing industry

  • Strong understanding of customer experience design principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered design approaches
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with data visualization tools
