Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and industry knowledge

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish speaking a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

Work Environment:

* Remote work opportunity with a flexible schedule

  • 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm, with occasional Saturday shifts

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
