Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our AI Research and Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with our product development team to develop and deploy AI-powered products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the product development team to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation * Develop and deploy AI-powered products and services that meet the needs of our customers * Design and implement data pipelines and architectures that enable real-time data processing and analysis * Develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences * Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions * Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform business decisions and drive growth * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role exploring complex conditions, preferably as an establishing data scientist or product researcher at a hyper-growth product organization or research organization * Proven experience in designing, implementing, and running thorough tests with clear insights and product suggestions using SQL and Python * Ability to define, implement, and operationalize new feature and product-level metrics without prior experience * Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with product managers, engineers, and executives alike * Strong programming foundation, with ability to run simulations and model variations * Experience in approving quantitative insights with qualitative strategies (e.g., surveys, UXR)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in NLP, large language models, or generative artificial intelligence * Solid experience in data visualization and communication * Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms and tools * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
