Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolving Issues: Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate customer issues
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Providing Feedback: Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Upselling: Upselling products or services when required
  • Tracking Call Information: Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver outstanding customer service. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a Tennessee Resident: Must reside within the state of Tennessee to be considered for this position
  • Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Preferably with a background in customer service
  • Be Over 18 Years of Age: Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems: Must be comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
  • Have Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Must be able to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Be Able to Type 25 WPM: Must be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you must:

  • Have a Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
  • Have a Clean and Quiet Workspace: Must have a dedicated workspace that is clean, quiet, and free from distractions
  • Provide Proof of Internet Speed: Must provide proof of internet speed to ensure compliance with our requirements
