Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic decision-making. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and develop and implement solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes, including process improvements and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and results to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer support
  • Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in business analytics and customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (desired)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer support operations and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in business analytics or data science (desired)
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills (desired)
