Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer chat support to ensure our clients' success
  • Collaborate with our team to help clients maximize the potential of our product
  • Solve problems efficiently and document solutions thoroughly
  • Use your judgment to sense clients' needs and respond with empathetic and patient behavior
  • Monitor the service desk ticket queue and provide timely answers to ensure resolution to clients' inquiries
  • Be proactive in communicating with clients, picking up the phone to call them instead of relying solely on email
  • Contribute to the overall success of arenaflex by working well with others and demonstrating a strong team-centric approach

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in technical customer support
  • Knowledge of SQL and REST API
  • Quick learner with a general comprehension of technology
  • Positive, friendly, and mature work attitude with enthusiasm for achieving excellence
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated self-confidence and comfort when communicating by phone
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced judgment, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a keen sense of urgency
  • Efficiency through follow-up and organization
  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software quickly

  • Experience working with small home service businesses or trade service professionals
  • Familiarity with website building and technical troubleshooting

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
