Job Overview

In this remote position, you will be responsible for responding to customer chats and tickets, providing accurate and helpful information about our products, website, and health-related topics. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, resulting in happy and recurring customers. To prepare you for success in this role, you will attend a comprehensive 4-week training program in Saint George, Utah, where you will learn about our products, policies, and procedures. After completing the training, you will work remotely, enjoying the flexibility and convenience of a home-based work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about arenaflex, our products, website, handouts, and other health information
  • Send possible leads to the New Sales Team, ensuring that potential customers receive the support they need to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Assist in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer, providing a seamless and convenient experience
  • Send tickets to the correct departments, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Support the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support customers in placing their first order, making the purchasing process easy and stress-free
  • Successfully train and drill with the Digital New Sales Manager to perform to one's highest potential, continuously improving your skills and knowledge
  • Attend all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly, staying informed and up-to-date on company news and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute, ensuring that you can respond to customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to multitask by holding multiple conversations simultaneously (up to 5-6 at once), demonstrating your capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, providing a strong foundation in delivering exceptional customer support
  • A self-employed mentality and a strong sense of ethics, ensuring that you are motivated, reliable, and committed to upholding arenaflex's values
  • Detail-oriented eye with excellent time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication, both verbal and written, ensuring that you can articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with other agents and customers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere
