Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep track of patient interactions by using expert listening skills to quickly get to the heart of a patient's question and documenting all interactions in real-time.
  • Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice by identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and, if necessary, escalating appropriately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient issues and improve overall patient satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
  • 1 year of relevant customer care experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
