Job Overview

As a Medical Claims Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Data Entry Operations Team, collaborating with colleagues to resolve discrepancies, perform quality checks, and uphold compliance with contractual obligations. Your primary responsibilities will include entering source claim documents, reviewing and correcting data deficiencies, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a production-paced work environment.
  • Maintain attendance and adhere to company policy, delivering high-quality results consistently and meeting individual KPIs for data entered.
  • Complete tasks within deadlines and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of data protection and integrity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and perform quality checks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of recognition software preferred and/or other data entry systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • 1 year of experience in data entry or related production-oriented field is preferred, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Basic PC skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office – Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Punctuality and attendance are critical in this position, with a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
