Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business development and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our corporate travel management organizations, driving steady revenue growth, and utilizing your expertise in data analysis and business development to drive results. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC (Travel Management Company) business for arenaflex, providing exceptional support and guidance to our corporate clients.

  • Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations with TMC contracts, ensuring maximum revenue and yield growth in individual markets.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official agreements, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Analyze revenue, limits, and contract performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams.
  • Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing.
  • Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional performance and drive expected revenue according to the terms of the agreement.
  • Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
  • Monitor revenue, commissions, and contract performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
  • Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, driving revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
  • Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market.

Work Experience, Education, and Skills

* Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + 4-year degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Preferred:

+ Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs.
