Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for members and providers: Manage inbound and outbound communication with professionalism, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information.

  • Respond to inquiries related to membership, benefits, and claims: Provide accurate and timely information, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Review and process membership applications: Ensure all necessary details are complete and correct, maintaining the highest level of data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update member records within our CRM system: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, leveraging our CRM system to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with client standards: Identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with our teams to resolve complex issues, enhance service delivery, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements: Elevate member satisfaction by streamlining processes, reducing wait times, and enhancing overall service delivery.

Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook): Familiarity with CRM or membership databases is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail: Identify and rectify errors in data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Articulate complex information clearly, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive salary: Ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
