Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. As a representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and offering real-time problem-solving solutions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, and email
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues related to products, services, and shipping
  • Flagging major pain points and escalating them to the relevant departments for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in on-the-job training and cross-training on other channels
  • Engaging in ongoing skill development and improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Availability to work weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer support software and tools
