Job Overview

We are currently seeking several experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our National Campaigns Unit, working on behalf of internal clients to provide shareholder communications for public companies. As a fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, using your own equipment to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound, outbound, and email response to shareholders, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded
  • Communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that clients understand the key messages and instructions
  • Directing clients to relevant resources and information, ensuring that they have access to the support they need to make informed decisions
  • Working in a contested proxy meeting environment, where you will be required to communicate the key messages and instructions to clients, while also addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that all communications are aligned with the company's goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6-7 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking, with strong attention to detail
  • Own equipment, including Windows 10 or 11, USB headsets, and dual monitors (beneficial but not required)
  • Internet speed of 50 download/10 upload
  • Ability to participate in virtual meetings, including coming off mute when called on, having materials open and being on the current example being shared, and participating in chat when asked to complete a task

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a fully remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • Knowledge of data entry and customer service software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Perks

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits and perks, including those listed above.
