About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our fraud detection and prevention efforts, you will play a vital role in responding to account inquiries, identifying potential fraudulent activity, and providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and cardholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
  • Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
  • Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies and procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques.
  • Collaborate with experienced fraud analysts to gain expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • A minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months.
  • Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule.
  • Ability to work on camera at all times.
  • US-based role only.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months.
  • Banking customer service experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
