As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Modeling company core values, arenaflex philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team.
- Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
- Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence.
Requirements
To be successful as a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:- Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
