Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our customer service initiatives and inspiring our team members to provide exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for modeling our company core values, driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys, and maintaining a customer-first focus. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Modeling company core values, arenaflex philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team.
  • Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
  • Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence.

Requirements

To be successful as a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
  • Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
