Job Summary

As a Receptionist for arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving technical issues. You'll work closely with our technicians to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Manage high-volume calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify customer needs and work to achieve satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Walk customers through technical issues by phone, providing clear explanations and solutions (training will be provided)
  • Build relationships with customers, fostering a positive and supportive environment
  • Process account cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accuracy with data entry, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of office experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a security or alarm systems company, with knowledge of industry-specific software and systems

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
