Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, engaging with customers, answering their questions, and encouraging them to place orders. You'll have the autonomy to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system. Each lead you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager, who will follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries and concerns
  • Encourage customers to place orders and close sales directly on the chat
  • Send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
