Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive innovation in the field of IT Financial Management Application Development. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing and maintaining data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to drive business insights and decision-making
- Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data models, including data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) solutions
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, including data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and IT financial management
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, IT financial management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) solutions (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and tools
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Business Analyst)
