Earnings Potential

As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to create a schedule that works best for you, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, expanding your skillset and broadening your horizons.

Schedule

Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, with available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. You'll have the freedom to choose the hours that suit you best, and you'll be able to work at a pace that's comfortable for you.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
  • Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks
  • Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
  • Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
  • Strong ownership of customer issues, with the ability to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution
  • Tech savvy and avid computer user
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

Technology Requirements

To perform your duties as an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:

  • Personal computer (no tablet)
  • Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
  • Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
  • Wired USB headset with microphone
  • Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
  • No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time

Important Information

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • You must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
  • You must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
  • arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
