About the Role

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries received through our chat platform. Your primary focus will be to assist users by providing information about our programs, events, and initiatives while ensuring a positive chat experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries received through the chat platform
  • Providing timely and accurate information about organizational programs, events, and initiatives
  • Assisting users with navigating our website and accessing resources
  • Resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Documenting interactions thoroughly in our support system for reference and follow-up
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the chat support experience
  • Staying up to date with organizational offerings and changes to provide accurate information

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

* Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries received through the chat platform

  • Provide timely and accurate information about organizational programs, events, and initiatives
  • Assist users with navigating our website and accessing resources

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus

  • Proven experience in customer support or chat support roles preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Familiarity with customer service software and chat platforms is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Passion for environmental issues and community engagement
