Responsibilities of the Experienced Customer Sales Associate

As an Experienced Customer Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network and drive business growth.
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution that meets their unique needs.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services to drive repeat business and referrals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of work experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, having one or more of the following qualifications will make you a stronger candidate:

  • Experience working in a commission-based environment.
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Customer service experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
