Responsibilities
- Assisting inspection vendors and agents to complete an inspection
- Quality control of the inspection processes and decisions based on the underwriting guidelines
- Quality control of inspection vendors and their reports
- Handling of high complexity inspection team tasks
- Communicating to underwriters, inspection vendors, agents, and insurance carriers
- Identifying trends, gathering data, defining issues, and implementing solutions
- Other duties to meet business needs
