[Remote] Temporary Warehouse Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Technical Safety Services is one of the largest independent laboratory and hospital service providers in the United States. They are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth flow of procured material and services to support their customer base, focusing on vendor management and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to technicians
• Schedules repair and maintenance of TSS equipment, and vehicles in support of TSS operations
• Completes all required documentation and administrative tasks
• Coordinates field service technician equipment audits
• Provide technicians with technical and troubleshooting support
• Respond to TSS customer emergencies on an as need basis
• Complies with all company policies, practices, and procedures
• Maintains a productive, professional relationship with all TSS personnel
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some relevant customer service, mechanical and/or electrical experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross functional teams and customers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math including geometry and algebra
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
