We're now seeking highly skilled and passionate Travel Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a 6-month contract with a view to going permanent. As a Travel Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a unique and unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

As a Travel Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers throughout their ski holiday journey. You'll take ownership of clients' onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience. You'll serve as the main point of contact for our customers, providing pre-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the trip to give a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of clients' onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey
  • Provide pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
  • Offer post-booking support according to customers' needs
  • Support during the trip to give a great customer experience
  • Liaise between customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
  • Utilize support and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and services to provide expert advice and support to customers

Experience Required

* Previous customer service experience gained within the travel industry is essential

  • Experience working with support and CRM systems is preferred
  • In-Resort team experience is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems are essential
  • Ski experience is not essential but an advantage

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience gained within the travel industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with support and CRM systems

  • In-Resort team experience
  • Ski experience
  • Knowledge of the ski industry and its products and services
