Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 100% remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and tasks, including:

  • Entering pre and post-sales information, fulfilling orders, processing and posting payments, and verifying order accuracy using multiple systems
  • Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes
  • Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels
  • Preparing reports as requested
  • Educating customers on arenaflex products & services
  • Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
  • Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence
  • Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources
  • Completing special operational and client projects as assigned
  • Acting as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager / or Supervisor
  • Coordinating and processing off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
  • Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

What You'll Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility required
  • Strong experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with data entry
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll/Commission background a plus
