Experienced Full Stack Online Chat Specialist – Customer Support and Engagement

The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance to those who interact with our website. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
- An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
