Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers over chat, providing them with the information they need regarding our products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat
  • Assisting customers with account-related questions and providing solutions to their problems
  • Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system for future reference
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Participating in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in using computers and chat software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
