Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our virtual call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information to our clients. Job Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Recognize and follow call flows with scripts, ensuring that customer interactions are consistent and effective
  • Research and relay information to customers, using multiple systems and resources to find solutions
  • Identify and escalate appropriate issues to management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
  • Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Recognize and alert management of risk and trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Quickly transition from one task to another, prioritizing customer interactions and managing time effectively
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, adhering to arenaflex's values and standards of customer service

Basic Qualifications:

* 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on call center operations

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Data entry experience, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer information
  • Listening, verbal, and written communication experience, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution

Work From Home Requirements:

* Must connect to modem/router with provided Ethernet cord, ensuring a stable and secure internet connection

  • Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Quiet and private remote work location, free from distractions and interruptions
  • Must reside and work at the address provided, with no exceptions for coffee shops, friend's houses, or other non-approved locations

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Experience working virtually, with a focus on remote customer service and communication

  • Experience meeting key metrics, including average call handle times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Experience working with multiple monitors, with a focus on multitasking and productivity
  • Former transaction processing experience, with a focus on data entry and customer service
