Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, both in-person and over the phone
- Handling various tasks, such as checking in passengers, handling baggage, and resolving issues related to flight delays or cancellations
- Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required by the organization
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy
- Ability to understand and follow procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, as outlined in the job description
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround times
- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
- Ability to work in a confined space and perform all job duties within a limited area
- Ability to communicate verbally, in person, and over the phone, as well as through radio equipment
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
- Ability to learn and understand tagging methodology, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
