Job Summary

As an Aetna Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and providing personalized guidance to improve their healthcare experience. With a focus on empathy, compassion, and exceptional customer service, you'll be the face of CVS Wellbeing, representing our brand and values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions to help members better understand their benefits and options.

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to members, helping them navigate the complexities of their pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer solutions that improve members' healthcare experience, while also expanding your own knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and support across the team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience.

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field, with knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and medical terminology.
