Job Type and Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive hourly salary range, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Store, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
