What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
  • Collaborating with customers to resolve issues and find solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android for daily log-in
