Position Overview

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support. This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while delivering top-tier service to arenaflex customers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
