• Develop and debug RTL (Register-Transfer Level) designs of different sections of the cache.
• Work closely with the physical design team to close timing and ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to the development of memory systems, including experience in RTL/micro-architecture definition and PPA (performance/power/area) analysis.
• Apply knowledge of dedicated coherent memory systems or interconnect architectures, as well as strong cache design background, including understanding of different memory organizations and trade-offs.

Requirements and Qualifications
