Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in building trust and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Updating our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
  • Informing customers about new offers or services
  • Following up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with technician teams
  • Overseeing the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
