Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with clients through phone, email, chat, and social media interactions
* Researching and recommending the best travel options, including resorts, cruises, groups, and more
* Booking travel arrangements directly with vendors, including air, resort, car rentals, theme park tickets, sporting events, cruises, show tickets, and concerts
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services in the travel industry
* Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after clients' vacations to ensure happy repeat business
* Maintaining excellent client records to facilitate repeat business and referrals
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
* Previous experience in customer service (not required but a plus)
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Be flexible in your daily routine, as client needs can change at any time
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills
