They are seeking a remote Pre-Sales Representative to engage potential clients through phone conversations and qualify them for the quoting process with an agent.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls or making outbound calls, engaging leads in conversation
• Using your strong communication skills to build a rapport with potential clients
• Making quick decisions to qualify the potential client and transfer to a live agent
• Taking the lead in introducing the potential client with the appropriate agent
• Working to reach weekly goals and quality transfer rates
• Pivoting quickly with script, consumer engagement and process changes
