Responsibilities
- Completes data entry and initial file setup for new claims
- Prepares and processes claim and expense payments
- Handles various administrative tasks
- Interacts with customers to obtain loss information as well as respond to customer inquiries
Skills
- High school diploma with demonstrated experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort in navigating multiple systems preferred
- 0-3 Years of experience
