Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer requests, including reservations, schedule changes, and elective transportation plans
  • Collaborating with our SOC team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information on flights, courses, and evaluating data
  • Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Responding to messages and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Screening flights and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers

Position Requirements

  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and varying hours as required by the Call Center schedule

  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate the terms of our Agreement of Carriage
  • Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used
