Job Functions

As a Customer Service Remote Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for home repair companies
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• The ability to work weekends
• Proficiency with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
