Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Group Benefits team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and building strong relationships with our internal customers. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Demonstrate technical expertise to assist customers with website issues and troubleshoot complex technical problems
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with internal customers through active listening and personalized solutions
  • Take inbound customer calls and respond to emails using critical thinking skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Respond to benefit questions and billing/administrative inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Take ownership of ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Schedule

* Start Date: June 10, 2024

  • Location: Remote
  • Training Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PST, Monday – Friday
  • Post-Training Schedule: Will be assigned a schedule, approximately 2 weeks before completing training, anytime between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear explanations to customers
  • Ability to empathize and build rapport with internal customers
  • A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on developing and enhancing strong customer relationships
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high customer value
  • Strong skills in all basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required

Requirements

* High-speed broadband internet service is required (we do not recommend or support DSL, wireless, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, Fiber without a modem, and Satellite)

  • Internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway must be hardwired to the arenaflex-issued computer with an Ethernet cable
  • 100MB download/10MB upload speeds are required
  • Contact/Call center role using Genesys softphone and Citrix/ATO users
  • Users who participate in frequent Teams video conferences and download/upload large file content throughout the workday

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency, and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package for employees, which may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.

Annualized Base Pay Range:

$40,685 - $61,027
