Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our partners via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support with updating or troubleshooting problems. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to partners via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Answer questions, modify or cancel reservations, and provide price quotes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues with partners, testing to confirm if they're due to bugs or human error.
  • Teach calendar management, website usage, and other tools to partners, empowering them to succeed.
  • Gather evidence for credit card disputes and write responses for the credit card processor.
  • Use basic problem-solving techniques to help partners with issues or complaints, knowing when to escalate to a supervisor.
  • Effectively communicate website errors, glitches, inventory issues, etc., to the Manager on Duty or correct department.
  • Proficiently use the arenaflex website, extranet, chat, and other required programs.
  • Read and understand listing information, including locations, restrictions, cancellation policies, and refund policies.
  • Calculate refunds and order modifications when prices change or an order is canceled.
  • Perform any task required by a supervisor.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and use multiple screens and/or programs simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and troubleshooting.
  • General understanding of online travel applications and services.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Reliable high-speed home internet and a working cell phone for text messaging vendors or team members.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with call center hours varying based on season (8am-7pm central time).
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free place to work with minimal background noise.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Must be located in FL, AL, LA, MS, or GA.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with custom computer software and the ability to learn as updates occur.

  • Familiarity with online travel applications and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
