Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and basic computer and typing skills, we encourage you to apply.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (with the exception of those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
