As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned to a remote work setup in March 2020 and have since made it a permanent part of our operations. We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enter data into multiple online systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies to provide informed support to our clients

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience at one company
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good technical skills, including proficiency in using a PC or MAC and high-speed internet
  • Ability to work with the 65+ age demographic, requiring patience and understanding

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company
  • Familiarity with the Medicare insurance industry
  • Previous experience in a remote work setup

Work Environment

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from your home office, which must be quiet, distraction-free, and equipped with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet. You will be part of a video chat team, collaborating with our staff to ensure seamless communication and a sense of belonging. We expect you to maintain a professional work environment, free from distractions, and to be available during our working hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday).
