About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and resolve issues promptly
- Enter data into multiple online systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work history with one company
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality, with a positive attitude and empathetic approach
- Good technical skills, with the ability to navigate a PC or MAC and utilize high-speed internet
- Patient and understanding, with the ability to work effectively with the 65+ age demographic
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company
- Familiarity with the Medicare insurance industry or related fields
- Previous experience in a remote or home-based work environment
