Job Description
As a Work From Home Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, and addressing their queries in a professional and empathetic manner. Your role will involve:
- Scheduling patient surgeries and coordinating with local surgery managers
- Answering phone calls, explaining our services and fees, and addressing patient queries
- Taking down insurance information and scheduling financing applications
- Coordinating with local surgery managers to ensure seamless patient consultations
- Working collaboratively with a call center team to support 4 markets and 16 offices specializing in wisdom teeth removal
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish (read, write, and translate)
- Residency in the state of Utah
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, upselling, and customer support (at least 3 months)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm, and every sixth Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles
- Certification in customer service or a related field
