Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Designing and building data models
that ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
from various sources, including our in-house tools and external datasets
Communicating data insights
to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
Identifying patterns and trends
to inform business decisions and optimize processes
Collaborating with engineering organizations
to design and implement data-driven solutions
Ensuring data integration
with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree
in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Previous experience
working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of whole cycle recruiting
Relational database experience
, including proficiency in SQL and other query languages
Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
