Job Summary

As an Assistant General Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote data entry and operations management functions. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Run daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager

• Make second-to-minute decisions to allocate time and resources to achieve business objectives
• Manage and assign team members to ensure that customers receive an exceptional first impression and the highest quality of care
• Perform miscellaneous duties, including installing hitches, brake controllers, and other equipment
• Participate in ongoing continuous learning and development through arenaflex University

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Management experience in any form
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work a variety of shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Experience in data entry and operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

The work involves mild risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as running around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective gear, including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands
